Woodman Brothers: We spent $8k to get the worst lawn on the block!

On the positive side, I will give them credit for the quality of the tree they planted and the sprinkler system which (finally) works; however...
These guys are clowns!
After having a major episode in our front yard, involving a broken water line, we decided to hire professionals to put things back together. We decided on Woodman Brothers. They were to:
1) Level the ground
2) Install a sprinkler system
3) Plant a tree and
4) Lay sod on the smooth ground.
Sounds pretty routine, right? After they were "done" the first time we attempted to use our new sprinkler system, it flooded my basement office. We shut the system down immediately. Then we called Woodman Bros. and they sent their so-called sprinkler expert out. He turned the system back on and caused additional flooding in my office. He refused to shut it off, even after I told him it was causing damage to my office, until I ordered him off my property. Next, Woodman Brothers sent a clown from Done! Plumbing. He tried to convince me that our flooding was being caused by a groundwater issue, but he couldn't explain why the flooding happened ONLY while the sprinkler system was on. After he wasted a couple hours of my time with such nonsense, I ordered him off my property too.
I finally demanded that Woodman bring in MY plumber (from Landgraf) who did find the leak in their system and repair it. For the damage to my office, we had to fight to get Woodman to take $500 off our bill (which did not fully cover the damage they caused). The reason I'm posting this now (2 years later) is that our yard is a mess. There is nothing level about the lawn. Much of the sod was hastily and improperly installed. It never took root. To this day, if I try to pull up a Dandelion, a clump of sod comes with it. Woodman Brothers provided no instruction on the care and maintenance of our sprinkler system (thank God the info is available on various internet sites). Woodman has also refused to correct the issues related to bumpy ground and inferior quality sod which was used on our job.
Our $8k job was small beans to them, so we got lousy service and crappy results. I suppose if you're spending $20 or $30k, they may work a little harder to do a good job, but I wouldn't suggest taking that chance!
