WORST GENERAL MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We bought 4 cars from this dealership & would have bought more over the years till we had a problem with a salesman who kept LIEING to us on trading our car in for another one. The salesman does not return phone calls & when we complained the GENERAL MANAGER CHARLIE was rude on the phone & threatened my wife! When we complained to the BBS on him & several websites The General Manager/OWNER threathen us again & said he was not even going to help us period in buying our new car UNLESS we removed complaints.
