You will find where they have threatened many customers, lied to, hung up on, and one guy even took his car from him after signing papers & he had the car for a few days. He came back to the dealership for they lied to him & told him to come get a free tank of gas on them yet when he got there they took the car from him & said they didn't want to do business with him just because he had complained. go to Hurst Honda

The salesman does not return phone calls & when we complained the GENERAL MANAGER CHARLIE was rude on the phone & threatened my wife! When we complained to the BBS on him & several websites The General Manager/OWNER threathen us again & said he was not even going to help us period in buying our new car UNLESS we removed complaints.

HORROR AT THE FUDDRUCKERS in BEDFORD, TX!!!
Last night (04/29/06) we had family come over to our house. We thought we would treat them to a Great Hamburger being how we where all hungry and they had NEVER ate at FUDDRUCKERS.
So we took them to the restaurant at 1612 Airport Freeway, Bedford, TX 76022 which is close to our home. When we got there the cashier messed up the order as we where telling it to him so he called another cashier over to help him with this. There was 8 of us to eat so we asked after he took the order to repeat it to make double sure there was 8 meals on the ticket and it was. So that was all fine.
Then we all go sit down to wait for the pager to go off telling us the burgers where ready. Out of us eight people to eat there was me, my husband, our 19 yr. old daughter, our bother and his wife, their two 14 & 15 yr old sons, and our sister in laws 75 yr. old mother.
When the pager went off we all went up to the counter to get the meals. The guy who handed us the burgers was very dry, rude, cocky, and hateful!!! Each person took their plate then after 5 of them had their food we saw there was only one burger still on the counter that he said was ours cook MED that had BLOOD all on one side of the bun. We told him we didn’t order a MED. Burger that we had 3 other WELL DONE burgers missing. HE hatefully said NO YOUR TICKET SAYS YOU GOT ALL YOU HAD and THAT IS IT!! My husband said no your wrong you are missing some burgers and he seemed aggravated at this and called over another guy as if we where trying something over on him. Then they both say no your ticket does not show anything else. My husband again tells them they are WRONG for we made sure the cashier had it all right! The older hateful man says WHERESYOUR RECIPT?? My husband said get the manager and so my husband went over to the table to get the receipt. SO seeing that something was wrong our 75 yr old guest and the others who had already had their meals walked over to the counter with him.
My husband showed them all we had was the CHARGE TICKET SHOWING WE PAID $71.62. Then an old man by the name RAY REGAL walks over and SAYS HE WAS THE MANAGER! His face looked as if he was very mad and all red!! My husband is tiring to tell him of their mistake and Ray doesn’t say anything at that point but just acts as if he is ignoring my husband and he looks at every thing on the counter and way at the other end was two more burgers with my husbands name on the ticket. Ray the ASST. MANAGER in a load rude hateful voice says SIR IS YOUR NAME NOT…. HERE IS YOUR BURGERS SIR!!! My husband says that’s fine but the employee didn’t tell us we had these to way down he but that he kept saying that we where wrong and that there was no more burgers. But as my husband is trying to tell him that the asst. manager keeps trying to over talk my husband in almost a yell saying SIR SEE RGHT HERE ON THE TICKET THIS IS YOUR NUMBER AND SEE THIS NAME THIS IS YOU!!!
My husband tells this guy to stop YELLING at him for he is a customer and that he should not be yelling at hi. RAY the ASST. says SIR I WILL AND YOU DON’T YELL AT ME. MY husband says I am not even yelling it is you that is doing the yelling. My husband then tells him that he wanted the number to the home office and Ray says fine call them all you want so what.
Then the asst. manager walks around the count and stands right in my husbands face as if he is going to HIT MY HUSBAND!!! Ray the asst then tells US TO LEAVE HIS RESTURANT for HE WAS REFUSING SERVICE TO US!!!!
We are SHOCKED!!!! He we have our guests and an OLD WOMEN with us and HE IS TROWING US ALL OUT OF THE RESTURANT FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR PROBLEM! My husband tells him no we paid for our meal and had done nothing wrong and where not leaving , Then RAY says IF YOU DON’T LEAVE RIGHT NOW I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND HAVE YOU ARRESTED!!!
My husband tells him again he would be filing a COMPLAINT and he just smarts off fine call anyone you like!! My husband tells him we want our refund before we leave. Ray says fine and storms up to the register and says give me your debit card and I will reverse the transaction right now. So we gave it to him.
So we all left and went to DON PABLOS in BEDFOR and everyone there was GRETA!! But we are in knots and still upset at what just happened.
When we got home we looked on line and saw that the asst. manager DIDN’T REVERSE THE TRASACTION but the he CHARGED US AGAIN FOR THE $71.62. So now we had $143.24 on hold at our bank because of all this that we didn’t even eat.
This was the worst experience in my 47 yrs. Of life in a public restaurant!! We where all afraid of this guy that he was going to hurt or hit my husband. Ray was out of control, AMD, IRATE, REDFACED, a mad man!!!
We did report him to his District Manager last night too but still feel uncomfortable with the remark the district manager made about how surprised he was in Ray the ASST. Manager for Ray had been there 4 years now.
SO if you don’t want this happening to YOU if your order gets messed up at this LOCATION then don’t eat at this location but so to the GRAPEVINE location. We are not saying they don’t have good food it was the n

We went to 3 different dealers in the area and none of them was as helpful and willing to get us the car we wanted as this dealer did. We are very satisfied with service.
