The Blue Star is our family's favorite place for breakfast! We loved their original location "Eggs Cetera" in Madison Park & the one on Broadway (they must have been in business for over 30 years now).
All their ingredients are homemade...hollandiase sauce, salsa, gorgonzola salad dressing, the list goes on!
Bottom line - the food is consistantly good, portions are huge & the service is great. If you miss breakfast their sandwiches and salads are outstanding!
