This is an authentic New Orleans restaurant. I go here often and really like it. The service is good. They have an excellent pecan pie. Great beers from New Orleans. The soft shell crab and jambalaya are all good. They have a sampler called Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa that is three entrees that you can try without having to choose between them.
They just opened for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays so if you want to go for lunch try those days since they have always been open for Wednesday lunch and it is really crowded.
A great restaurant!

I go to this Starbuck's pretty much every weekday. They have good coffee (as good as Starbuck's can be, that is), but I guess I go too often because now I can be recognized by my drink, which is not always a good thing! I'm not sure I would go here if it wasn't near my work, and being recognized makes me not want to come back even so.

I go to Peet's regularly. So regularly that I recently have been getting free stuff from my regular cashier -- a 1/4 lb here, a 1/2 lb there. And their coffee is so good. I've had to try other places when there isn't a Peet's but they are all not the same. Peet's is the best. I also love their pastries and have one most every day.

We just went to Toys R Us to get our son a bike. Granted there wasn't anyone in the bike area to help us, but the bikes are out relatively easily to test out, and my son found one he liked pretty quickly. Then you take the ticket up to the cash register. Our cashier, Anna, was really good, and told us all about how to get our bike and have them assemble it (for a $10 fee). They also have a buyer protection that for $8.99 will cover the bike for a year. Then you go to customer service to "register" your purchase, and if they assemble it, it's assembled by the next day. We just went back to pick it up and my son loves it!

I'm not fond of Chuck E. Cheese but my kids love it so it's a nice option when the weather is bad. The pizza is pretty buttery, and the fries are frozen and heated up, so don't go for the food, go for the relatively cheap driving video games and to entertain your kids.

My coworkers and I don't go to Red Robin often but we did today and I'm not going to agree to next time. I forgot to ask for "no mayonnaise" in my burger and it looked like it was dipped in mayonnaise, then put in a bun with tons of toppings! The waiter was agreeable to getting me a new bun, but still, that is a lot of mayo that you can't easily scrape off!
But still, the bottomless steak fries are a draw ....
