Once I was able to finally reach someone Mr. Fanelli did send someone out to fix my windows. From my understanding and what Mr. Fanelli explained to me is that they were in the process of restructuring the business and relocating to a new location, because of this they had limited access to field service men, and something happened with the phone lines for some time through the transition period. Bottom line is my windows are now fixed and usable again, they (Fanelli Window Pros) backed up the lifetime warranty and I would expect they would do the same should I need service in the future. My Suggestion is anyone having issues getting service done on them please contact Mr. Fanelli directly and he will make sure you are taken care of!
