My husband has had some major back/feet problems lately and went into Chick's for some new orthodotics to see if that would help. The owner (I guess that would be "Chick") spent quite a bit of time listening to his symptoms and then fitting him into some sandals that would be comfortable for his back and his flat feet. A few weeks later, my hubby returned to the store to get some more things and again, Chick spent a lot of time with him, even sending him home with some sole inserts to try out. My husband was amazed at the high quality of products and customer service.
