Auto Zone is a chain of auto parts stores across America. This pareticular Auto Zone in Fort Worth is a waste of your time. I went into this store for a car part, and waited 15 minutes for service. The manager in the store, thought that it was more important for his workers to scrub floors and remove excess grout, than it was to help a paying customer. The phones were ringing off the hook, and nobody was answering them. When I finally got some help, I was given the wrong part. When I took it back, they told me that it was the right part I just didn't know what I was doing. Is that some way to treat a customer? I sure didn't think so.
