I received a quote from them for sewer rooting, only to have the plummer come and say that he won't touch my sewer for under three times originally quoted price. It wasn't until I called the company back and told the plummer that I have them on the line that he changed his story. Now he was saying that he will root my sewer with a 3" blade but what he was trying to tell me is that I needed a 6" blade and that would be the service that costs 3x as much. He was just very rude and unprofessional, I would never use this company's service again.
