Pablo's is perfect for those first dates when you're not sure how long you want to meet for coffee. The coffeeshop is cozier than Starbucks, and has chessboards built into some of the tables. If you hit it off, you can go to the Italian restaurant next door for dinner. If you don't, you can go across the street to Brothers BBQ and drown your sorrows in a big plate of BBQ.
