Elegant nails is a good inexpensive place to get a manicure or pedicure. They do also offer waxing. You can just walk in, it seems like that is what most of their customers do. An appointment would make it quicker though. They have the chairs that massage while you get your pedicure done. I belive they use mostly OPI products and the results last quite a while.

Klondike Kates is on Main Street in newark so it is pretty popular with the college crowd. If you get there a bit earlier there are more families and business people there though. The food is very good. The best things about Klondike Kates are the nachos and the yummy frozen drinks.

Iron Hill has a few locations in Delaware/PA. They are a brewery and restaurant that has live music on weekend nights. The food is a bit pricey compared to most brew pub type restaurants but is worth it. They have very good hummus and of course good beer. It is a nice place to hang out for happy hour.

This Aquarium is now called the Adventure Aquarium, It is on the waterfront in Camden, NJ. They do have timed entrance so you can't just go whenever you want. If you just show up they may tell you that you can't go in until 1 hr or so later. They do sell tickets ahead of time online though so you can plan. The set up is very nice, the animals are beautiful to look at. The coolest part is the shark tunnel...very fun!

Waterbury Kitchens is a great place to go if you need a new kitchen! They have a gorgeous show room with nice samples. The people are very friendly and helpful. The cabinet lines they use are pretty much all custom and very good quality. I would highly reccommend using Waterbury Kitchens !

Brew Haha is a nice, clean locally owned coffee shop. The people are always friendly behind the counter. There are always drink specials/creations that are listed on the board inside or on the stand outside. The coffee is consistently good and there are places to sit and hang out if you want to. The muffins I've had there are ok, not the best but not bad either.

Luigi Vitrone's Pastabilities is an different, fun place to go in Little Italy in Wilmington. It is a bit different because it is in a row home and when you walk through the front door you are in the kitchen, so you see the chef at work on your way to your seat. The food is very good as well. It is a great date night dinner restaurant.

A Piece of Ireland is a great place to get a shepard's pie or fish and chips. It is a bit small but the food is good. Of course the Irish beer flows as well. At one point they did a half price shepard's pie night on Tuesdays, not sure if they still do but that makes it a great deal as well. They do also have bands a few nights a week.
