They are very friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to extend wonderful customer service to you. They were able to help me figure out what I needed for a DIY project and showed me where to find the items in the store. This store has the feel of a old fashioned hardware store. The customers are treated as though they are friends, and the guy always recognizes me when I come back to buy stuff. The prices are good, too.
