What a great place to get catfish! This place is a nice drive from Nashville, out in the country. They fry their farm raised catfish fresh when you order and offer a variety of sides, like traditional white beans, cornbread and cole slaw. For dessert, try the banana pudding or a slice of fresh pie. It is definately worth the drive for the great food and Southern hospitality.

This is a very casual place to get Greek food. The people who run it are super nice. You can get Greek salads, gyros and Greek dinner plates. The yogurt sauce is fantastic and the salads are excellent and filling. You won't be able to finish the salad. The gyros and chicken meat is very fresh and you can see it cooking. The rice is also wonderful and children love it. I highly recommend them.

Sitar is located near downtown Nashville. It is a tiny restaraunt, but has the best Indian food around. At lunch, you can get the buffet and have all you can eat, that way you can try out the different Indian foods. At dinnertime, you can only order from the menu, but they have all the standard dishes like chicken tikka misala, naan bread and Indian tea. This place is a good value for the money and you will leave happy.

This really is the best Mexican food in Nashville. The food is wonderful and so hot when they bring it that the waiters have to use potholders to bring it out to you. While you are waiting, they will bring you a bottomless basket of homemade tortilla chips and salsa. You will never have to wait more than ten minutes for your food once you order and the prices are super cheap. Great service.

Dr. Wise is great. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is very attentive and has a great bedside manner. I had to deliver my daughter nine weeks early and had an emergency c-section. She stayed with me during the recovery and went with me to the NICU to check on my daughter. The office is very crowded and busy because the whole group of doctors are wonderful. They are all women, so they understand how pregnancy and being a female is. I highly recommend Dr. Wise and the whole group.

You don't have to go rent the Rug Doctor from the grocery store. Just have Stanley Steemer come out to your house and clean your carpets. They are timely and friendly and do a great job. The house smells fresh when they are done. They accept coupons, although we had some confusion with our coupon and the number of rooms we could have done for the quoted price. Overall, we were pleased and would use them again.

Volume One is located on Main Street in downtown Dickson. They have a great selection of books, cards and gifts. There is always something new and they keep the latest collectibles in stock. Everything is neat and tidy and the ladies who work here will talk your ears off. There is a large display of stuffed animals that is within view of most of the store, so the kids will stay busy here while you shop.
