Rene is the owner/operator of his business. He is a gentleman, a family man and the kind of person you want providing any service in your home. He explains things to me like a father would with concern for my family. He is very knowledgeable and informed on the latest technologies of extermination. He has helped us with a few problems and my kids look forward to his warm spirit during our monthly visits.
