Working with Leo made the experience fun rather than stressful. His thorough knowledge of the trucks was critical in helping us navigate through the decision process. (used vs. new and through ALL the options!) Finally someone who loves the product enough to actually be able to answer questions and demo the car! In addition we had a tough situation with kids in tow etc and Leo went out of his way to have things ready and easy. He felt like a kind friend instead of the usual pushy and aggressive car salesman. Definitely makes us think Ford for the next car..
