The Port Orchard/Manchester area really suffers in the breakfast department. However, I really think that the Family Inn really delivers on this, at least better than the rest. Yes, I agree that their service does sometimes leave something to be desired, but it also very friendly and hospitable place to eat. They love small children there and their food is consistent and always the right temp.
They have a great patio that you can eat out on and sometimes get a view of the water.
