My water heater started heating really hot and then it wouldn't work. I frist called manufactor who placed it in and they were extremely pushy and rude. I nexted called Roto-Rooter and the lady that answered was vary pleasant and was able to get someone over today. Roy came and he came with a smile. He was vary nice and truthful about what we needed and options. He answered all of my questions and was effiecent in his work. Now I would recommend Roto-Rooter of Kent to my family and freind, and just ask for Roy.
