Still an old man bar?

Haven't been here in ages, but the last time I was there, this was definitely an old man bar. Unusual, given it's location near UM. The atmosphere was grimy but I know they've spruced the place up a bit. Drink prices are reasonable. Mostly a locals hangout, but anyone is welcome.
