Located in downtown Catonsville, Indian Delight is a real treat for lovers of Indian food. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the wonderful aroma of Indian Spices and the sound of Indian music. Their large menu is separated into sections for Chicken, Beef, Vegetable, Tandoori, Seafood, and Lamb with all the options explained in plain English so it is easy to find what you are looking for. If you are new to Indian food (or just want to sample the restaurant) I would suggest going for the lunch buffet, at only $8.95 it is an excellent way for everyone to find something they like.
The Atmosphere is casual yet refined, even at lunch they provide cloth napkins at the tables, but don’t feel like you have to dress up to go there. One thing to note is that the restaurant is BYOB so if you want a bottle of wine with your dinner bring it with you.

Great Sage is a welcome change from the other restaurants around. If you have been considering going vegetarian for health reasons but think that you would be missing out on flavor in your food then this is a place you must try. My wife and I have been there 3 times now and have never been disappointed. The menu changes seasonally so there is always something new to try. The prices are comparable to other restaurants, very reasonable especially for organic food, and the service has been amazing on all of our visits. For an extra treat with your meal try one of their organic beers. I like to follow up my meal an organic espresso.

On a recent hot weekend day in historic Ellicott City my wife and I stopped at Sarah and Desmond's to get an Iced Coffee to cool down. We also discovered a menu full of vegetarian options so we had lunch there too. The coffee was delicious and so were the sandwiches.
This Cafe looks tiny when you first walk in because it is in one of the historic buildings downtown but there are 2 additional floors of seating. The prices were very reasonable and the sandwiches came in good size portions.
We also bought a loaf of fresh baked bread on the way out. It sure beats the mass produced stuff you get at the big grocery stores.
This is a breakfast and lunch only place, they close at 6pm daily so don't expect to get dinner or a late night bite to eat here.
