I then recommended them to a friend of mine, and he went there, not only they gave him a good price, they even threw in some extra for him.
We were all happy, but too bad they only sell to the big guys now we heard.

I was craving for some Prima Taste laksa, so I drove all the way from Plano to Carrollton to Vietnam Plaza Market because I was told that they sold Prima Taste products there.
I walked the whole store and finally found the Prima Taste boxes in the noodle aisle, they were selling them for $4.99 each, pretty high in my opinion. I got some anyway because I was craving for it.
They also had some good oranges, so I got some too, those were the Texas kind that my daughter likes. They were indeed very good.

The first thing we noticed when we stepped foot into the store was the fishy smell. I was there to look for Prima Taste products. They had it, they were selling them for $4.49 a box, which was pretty high considering how much it is in Singapore. But of course you have to figure in your airfare if you're going to get it directly from Singapore.
Anyway, I got some Prima Taste spice mix boxes, and then we strolled around the store just to see what was there. We found some interesting things you wouldn't see anywhere else. They had this thing, I forgot the name of it, basically you may see them in China or in movies where there is a seat or two, and then there would be a person riding the bicycle that moves that thing. It's kinda like an old taxi for people in China.
I wouldn't make a special trip to that store unless you're in that neighborhood.

This winter, when we came back from our vacation, our heater fan was making some loud noise, we didn't know what it was, so we called Savage again. They came out the next day, found out that the label from the heating unit up in the attic got loose and was stuck on the fan, that was why it was making that noise. They went ahead and charged us $70 for the trip for coming out to get that piece of paper out of the fan. Not sure if that was worth $70...
We've been using them for years, they're reliable and reasonable, but they may not be the fastest to service from my experience.

I went in, she looked so young, or she knew how to take care of her own skin and she looked good. Anyway, we went through what was going on with me, and she told me what needed to be done, she was very good, and not like one of the dermatologists I went to a few years ago. Dr. Nguyen actually listened to her patient and diagnosed the problem instead of trying to get out of the office as soon as she could like a lot of doctors.
If you have any skin problems/conditions, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. Coincidently, she has the same last name as my allergist also.

So we were wanting to take advantage of the employee pricing, plus, my husband's car was going to die soon, so we stopped by Ewing to look for a new car.
My husband was very picky about what he wanted, and he didn't want to spend extra money on the stuff he didn't want. So we looked in the lot and found a car he wanted. Since I had the baby, I went to their customer lobby to wait for my husband to try out the car.
We left and came back the next day to buy the car. The whole process was very easy. They didn't push us into buying anything we didn't need, they didn't push us into using their financing, the whole process was very pleasant and not stressful at all.
Highly recommended!

After being turned down by David McDavid Acura in Plano, since they would not even negotiate the price with us without us showing them the cash first, we left and drove over 60 miles to Arlington to go to Vandergriff.
We were greeted with courtesy, and the buying process was very easy. We told them what we were looking for, we told them we drove a long way, the sales guy went back to the manager, came back with an OK on the price, we paid, and drove the car home.
Easy, no hassle car buying experience. Highly recommended!

So I was there to buy a car quite a few years ago, they would not go down on the price. I had the dealer price with me, and they were somehow surprised that I had the price, but still would not budge on the price, so I left.
I bought my car at another Acura dealership, but I went to Goodson for service because it was close to work and it was convenient. They had a top notch service team. They always cleaned your car for you after the service. They never questioned you or wanted you to pay more for stuff. I truly trusted them and had been going to them until I changed jobs.
Highly recommended for their service, but not for car buying.

Our fence was blown down by the strong wind quite a few weeks ago, in the middle of the day. We knew that our crazy next door neighbor would report to the City of Plano if we didn't get it fixed within a few days, he always reports everything to the police or the city in our neighborhood, he's a super nosy, has nothing else to do guy. Anyway, we called quite a few places for a quote, some places didn't call us back until our fence was already fixed.
Affordable Fence gave us a quote that was the most reasonable and that they could do the work quick. They finished it within 2 days - replacing the whole fence plus all the poles and the gate. So they tore down the old fence and put a brand new on in. For some reason our tiny backyard looks bigger now. I love our new fence!
