The hotel rooms aren't the greatest but they do have a stacked breakfast for free. Lot's of fresh goodies! And good quality! I love the customer service there! The breakfast lady is the coolest!

we go to Cracker Barrel for some great homestyle food. Those portions sure fill you up and more. Those hash browns are so addictive and I just love the decor!

I think these are the best steaks in Jacksonville! It was really crowded and noisy but it's worth it.
Their bread reminds me of the bakeries in NYC.

i got in teh middle of the night so it's not so crowded. there are so many fruits at really good prices!

Recently ordered a camera (http://www.preferredphoto.com/product.asp?id=csexz850) and camcorder online (http://www.preferredphoto.com/product.asp?id=cnelura100).
They claim to have the cheapest price on all electronics.
Got a call the next day at work from a customer service rep telling me the card was declined and I need to call the company. They aggressively harassed me to purchase an accessory package because if I used the chargers and batteries included with the electronics, I would damage the camera or camcorder. He said the accessories were of the best quality and this is a discounted package.
Reluctantly I agreed to the package because I was at work. But then at the end, I changed my mind and told him it was not a good time and I would consider it. He told me that the order had already gone through and he could not cancel it. It sounded so fishy because we had only been on the phone for a few minutes and how did the card get declined the first time and now it suddenly works.
I got the package for the order today and the following is a brief list of things gone really wrong:
1. The invoice was not itemized. They listed everything and gave a grand total for all the products resulting in $910. ($45 was for shipping which is fine)
The camera's original manual was replaced with a photocopied version stapled together. (when I asked about this they said it was because the original was in Japanese.)
The camera costs $250 and the camcorder $300, that is the price on the website when I placed the order for them.
So the accessory package for the camcorder alone was $300!!! If they were of good quality, I would have kept them and paid $300 but I found the same accessories online at different stores and I was overcharged $270! Not to mention these were dollar store quality accessories.
On the bottom of the invoice in fine print, it read a 5% restocking fee for any returns prior authorization only, 7 days upon receiving the package.
2. I was willing to pay the 5% restocking fee on the accessory package and so I called the company and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I guess it was their usual practice.
When I explained the situation he was very rude and impartial to the company's sales tactics. Finally when I asked to return just the accessory package they told me that I would have to return the entire order because on the invoice they billed it as the total.
They said I could return the entire package and be refunded the total minus the 5% restocking fee and the $45 I paid for shipping. That would be no products for me and leaving me with $95 less.
I told him that it was outrageous and he placed me on hold for $10 more minutes. He came back told me that he was the assistant manager and the only thing he would be able to offer me was a 3 year warranty for the camera and camcorder for free. (I would have taken this if they were a legit company.)
So now I have to decide whether I should just pay the $100 to send everything back or trust them again with their 3 year warranty....
So DON'T GET SUCKED IN by their DECEIVING PRACTICES AND CONTRACTS!
DO NOT PURCHASE, they RUN various internet sites but are the same company. The address is not a real address. The store does not exist!
