I have a client in this area so I go in here often. This Potbelly's is two levels and there is plenty of seating, even for big groups. The subs here are fresh and some of the best I have ever had. They will make the subs right in front of you and customize them with the ingrediants that you like. Then they even toast them for you while you wait. I also love their potato salad and always get that as a side to my sub.
