Moody Gardens is a great place for both kids and adults. They offer a variety of different areas but each requires its own separate ticket.
The "exhibits" are interesting (like petting sting rays) but the tickets are pricey.
After the first visit, it's not as much fun because they don't add very much to the year round areas.
