Savage Threads has savage finds on clothes and jewelry

Ok, I'll start with the fact that I love the name of this place. It also houses many great clothing finds that are different, and cooler, than what you'll find in the mall. This cool little shop has a pretty good mix of shirts, dresses, skirts, and pants and they were able to make me and my 17 year old niece happy with our clothing finds.

I also thought the prices were pretty reasonable. In fact, right this moment I am wearing the top I bought ($26) and the earrings ($5) to match. I got a great necklace/brooch and earring set for $15 as well and picked up several items for my niece too as gifts. For my niece we got a cute little button down sweater, an adorable print dress, and another top. With all of these items we got out of the store under $135.
We got lucky and learned the day we stopped by that they had just started opening on Sundays - lucky for us since that was the only day I had to do the shopping spree with my niece. A really funny and sweet bulldog seems to be the shop owner's pet and he/she(?) was running around while we were there. You can tell the shop owners are some pretty hip folks but they were a little into their own thing when we got there but I think part of that had to do with them doing some photos while we were there - that and they were eating their lunch out on the shop floor with their friends.
No matter though - we still enjoyed the experience. My only item I'd suggest they consider is carrying some items in sizes larger than just Large. My friend that shopped with us couldn't find a single item in an XL so there will be some exclusivity in the shop just by that measure.
