I am a big fan of Kirk Jolley and I'm sure he could handle this for you if he's got time between larger jobs. He lives in the Fremont area and usually likes to keep his business within a 15-20 minute drive of home if he can and your place would match that perfectly. Remind him that you may have met at the FEAR Project fundraiser when you emceed for us. :) And, thanks again for that!
The alternative is Patrick Howe of Artisan Home Improvement but he is out of the country till Feb 21st or so.
