New York City Police Museum is a fun place to take your kids especially if they are into playing cops or any of those cop shows. It's pretty small for a museum but they have some very interesting memorabilia on display such as pictures of cops from fifty years ago or different types of guns. The museum is also free.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is in my opinion very disturbing. An entire building that houses nothing but wax figurines of celebrities. So many jokes running through my brain right now. The prices are also crazy. Overpriced, boring and the Samuel L. Jackson figure standing outside is starting to get on my nerves. At least when Brad Pitt was outside it was a change but now its back to Samuel. I went there once and never again.

I was never a very big fan of the Manhattan Mall even when they renovated it. It's not a bad place but it doesn't really have any stores that stand out. It's just very run of the mill and generic....

It is conveniently located next to the trains and the fast food joints however. Don't bother going unless you here about very good sales.

Last time I was there I played with a camera the size of a button and some night vision goggles. Nice place to find surveillance equipment or if you just want to spy on your kids.

Partners & Crime is a good book store to stock up on murder crimes and mystery books. The staff knows there stuff and are always able to help you find what you want. Last time I went I left with a ton of books to last me for a long time. Next time I feel the need to read something that goes bump in the night I will be heading back to partners and crime.

There's also a drop off service if you are in a hurry. They do you laundry at the same day. The downside is that some of the washers are expensive and it gets crowed quickly on the weekends and during the weekdays as well

It's very colorful and looking at the celebrity memorabilia is pretty interesting but the food is overrated and way overpriced and it's so loud in there I could barely here my what my kids were saying. It's a wonder I still have my hearing.
