Wok & Roll Chinese takeout makes some of my favorite dumplings in the city. The inside is a bit depressing. It's cramped and dark but the food comes very quickly and always tastes good. They also have very good lunch time specials. My advice: take the food to go and go eat in Herald Park nearby.
