My projector had a broken cable cord and I needed a new one right away. I don't know much about technology so I brought the cable with me. Within minutes they found me a working cable and gave me an extra just to be safe and told me I could return whatever I didn't use. The staff was quick and friendly and I would use them again any day.

Although the books are used they are not cheap. Appelfeld deals mostly in 1st edition books so you're better off coming here if you're looking for special gift for someone or adding to your collection.

Saint Marks Comics is one of the best comic book stores in the city. Besides having the recent stuff you can also find some older additions. They have the regular Marvel comics as well as anime and graphic novels. It's very disorganized so you will have to dig through back issues to find what you want.

I stumbled over Sony Wonder Tech labs a couple of years ago and I'm glad I did. I take my kids and we all have fun. They have four floors of learning centers and booths and games and there's something to see in every corner. Sony Wonder was designed to teach children education but my kids have so much fun they don't even notice they are learning as well.

Jacks 99 Cent Store is a great way to stock up on supplies without breaking the bank or your wallet. It's amazing the range of things they have. There's household products, school supplies, food and even some toys. I enjoy coming here and loading up on supplies and getting stocking stuffers at X-mas and candy on Halloween. I pick up party supplies occasionally.
