If you love sushi and typically spend more than $15 then this is your place. Around $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner you can get all you can eat sushi, udon noodles, stir fry, and anything asian you can think of. My husband and I have eaten Todai in Chicago, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and California. Hawaii is hands down the best. Although in Hawaii, everywhere was great sushi. Come prepared to wait in line, everyplace we have been to the Todai had at least an hour wait. It is usually in or around a mall, so be prepared to kill some time

I have been here once for lunch, and will take my husband in the future for dinner. The Coq au vin is good but a little heavy on the wine for me considering that I don't drink and don't typically use wine in my cooking. Most people will find it better than how I found it. It is authentic to the recipe for Coq au Vin (chicken in wine). The house salad is to die for and they make their own house dressing with quite a few herbs. They have a website at : http://www.saintjacquesfrenchcuisine.com/ where you can make a reservation online as well as preview their menu. They are difficult to get into, on occassion, I have called and they had a week booking and could not take any walk ins. They are a little pricey but some of the ingredients are more expensive and some are difficult to find in the triangle. The experience is well worth it.
You have to get their Mousse au Chocolat for dessert!

Kanki offers Hibachi meals, sushi, tempura and other dishes. They cook the hibachi meals in front of you entertaining you with interesting feats of action involving your food. I have so many friends who love Kabuki and would eat there every chance they get. However, I am not a fan of their food. It's not bad, but it never sits well with me. I have ordered different Hibachi combos, all of which leaves me burping. I have eaten their sushi and it is good (not my favorite though). The Kanki on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh has a better atmosphere (Koi Pond & garden) but same quality of food. Kabuki in Cary offers the same show but with better food quality.

Me and my husband come here at least once a month. It is pretty quick in serving the customers, friendly service, and great prices. We typically share a regular 3 deal combo with Scallops, Trout, and Flounder with Hush puppies, cole slow, and potato wedges. The only downside is the atmosphere. It is not a romantic dinner location but rather a family friendly location. There is outside and inside seating, They offer friend and broiled dishes (check the side menu). When you are done, check out the fresh fruits and vegetables sold by the local vendors.

Well I would have to say Bowman Animal Hospital http://www.bowmananimalhospital.com/ . I bring my cats here for their annual shots, rabies shot, checkup, etc. I like that fact that the staff is very polite, gives you estimates on price (in writing) before they do anything, and are on time. My pets have have seen Dr. Smith and Dr. Goodwin. I also like how they spend their time going over what they found with me and I am in the room during the checkup. They let me know what is important to have done, what is not but may be just a good idea. For example, they said if I was going to get my pets chipped to do it when they were spade-neutered while they are under. But I was also told it was up to me, and it was just something extra. The only downside is that I live in Cary so I have to drive a bit to get there. It may be a little pricey. I typically spend around $250 every year for bloodwork, de-wormer, checkup, rabies shot, etc for both cats (total). They do offer a multiple discount, so bring them all in at once and get your money's worth.
I did not have my cats spade/neutered here because it was too expensive. I got a coupon from the SPCA and you take that to specific locations to get your pet taken care of. Too many pets are being euthanized, have your pets spade-neutered. There are places in can be done for free or very cheap. http://animalkind.org./home.html
I had my pets spade-neutered at Animal Kingdom using the voucher from SPCA and paid extra to have it done using a laser instead of a blade. http://www.animalkingdomvet.net/index.php
They were also very nice but not as informative as Bowman.

I have been coming here since probably 1999. Although it is a great places especially the Thai food, the sushi is not always consistent. I would say 90% of the time is has been great and the other 10% tasting different than other times or a bit too fishy smelling. The sushi chefs and staff are really nice. On a few occasions this place has gotten really packed, so reservations are recommended. My favorite rolls are the Mary Roll, Lobster Roll, Dragon Roll, and Deep Fried Bakery. Some of the specialty rolls they offer are not listed in the menu but on a piece of paper in a plastic thing they set on each table. Double check your bill (on rare occasions I have been billed for something I did not get).
* Avoid the Sushi Thai in Raleigh on Lake Boone Trail. You would think it was owned by the same people, but it is not. They have different specialty menus especially what sushi's they offer. Sushi Thai in Raleigh has poor service, and I have gotten bad quality sushi from there.

If you love pizza, thin, and regular well prepare for the king. Chicago deep dish, I mean real Chicago is the thing. Ever since I tried Giordano's no other pizza slices up. I like Papa John's, Mellow Mushroom, Lilly's Amore, I love NY (all in Raleigh, NC), Their pizza is perfect, maybe a little cheesy for some (especially if you are a New Yorker). Giordanos' in downtown Chicago (Rush Street) always has you waiting at least an hour but it's one of the few places I say is worth it. I prefer my pizza veggie (Mushroom, onions, gp) but get it the way you want, they have so many choices! The staff was polite, courteous and attentive.

It's hard to rate this place since I only went once and may not be reflective of how this place normally is. I went with some friends and we ordered desserts and coffee. They had only one person behind the counter who seemed to be doing everything. We waited in line for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When we finally got our desserts and coffee, things improved. The desserts were spectacular and the coffee was perfect. If they had one in the Raleigh/Cary area I would go every day. Its a nice French bakery that seems to offer something to satisfy your taste. Of course I am a chocolate girl so the chocolate cake was perfect.

Little Tokyo's small setting may put people off at first but don't let the size fool you. The sushi has always been fresh. My husband and I try to go every week. Our favorites include "Dirty Old man Roll", "No Name roll", "Super Duper Roll", and "Crouching Tiger". We have tried ALL the rolls and the only one we do not like is the steamed shrimp on sushi (can't remember the name but it is the only one that has steamed shrimp in the description). I brought my parents who are not sushi fans but love fish. The steamed snapper with steamed vegetables convinced them to come again. The prices are cheap (for sushi anyway), They bring you a free appetizer (it's in a shell and brought flaming) and typicallty have special deals (free soup if you order 2 rolls - ask them first).
