We just had the worst experience at our local Home Depot. Its fine if you go in and buy off the shelf but when you order something and try to pick it up... what a nightmare!
We ordered a window and talked to 3 different people before someone could find our window, one guy was too busy with a customer on the phone instead of us right in front of him. Finally, he got off the phone to help us and half way through started helping some one else... what the???
Customer service could use some help here!
