This is a great restaurant, with great food and reasonable prices. It probably is the best Chinese restaurant in Diamond Bar, but there are many, many other establishments in the area with equally good fare, especially in Rowland Heights. Try the dim sum at Diamond Plaza, or the Seafood House across the street from the Hong Kong Plaza (or even the one IN the plaza), or the equally good one on Nogales, across the street from the Bank of America. The are all great. But if you live in Diamond Bar, Diamond Palace is the best place to go.

I took 7 family members and friends to the Cheesecake Factory in Brea to celebrate a graduation. I had never been there before, so I was not sure what to expect. I thought the prices were a little too high as I looked over the menu, but thought "What the heck - its a celebration!" The food was absolutely outstanding, really much better than I thought possible, and not just my plate, but everyone's. Although my bill came to $150, I would definitely go back to the Cheesecake Factory again.

By far the best place to take your car for any kind of repair is Grand Mobile, at the corner of Grand Avenue and Golden Springs. I have been taking my cars there for more than 15 years, and the owner (Tim) has always been honest and fair in his dealings with me. There have been times when I brought the car in after self-diagnosing it and expecting to pay a huge service fee, when Tim would call me back and tell me it was only a minor problem. His mechanics have been with him for eons, and this says a lot about the quality of a shop, too. Take your car there. I promise, you will never take you car to another shop again.

The best Chinese restaurant in my opinion is Jade House, next to Ralphs. It's small, unpretentious, serves great Chinese BBQ, and is really inexpensive.
