Had a terrible experience. After buying tickets online (grossly over priced). Charged $95 for 2 tickets worth $11.90 and printed them form "ticketmaster.com" and shipped them. Spoke with "owner," Malcom about some issues I had with the tickets and he was a total A**hole. Made insulting comments about me and would not help negotiate or sort out the issue. I would not use them if I were you and I will not be using them ever. I have filed a complaint with BBB which they have stated will be held on file at BBB Houston.
