I CALLED THEM TO COME FIX MY KENMORE DISHWASHER,THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME WERE VERY FRIENDLY, I LIKED THE FACT THEY ASKED ME WHAT THE DISHWASHER WAS DOING BEFORE THEY TOOK IT APART TO LOOK AT IT. THEY WERE QUICK TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM WITH IT,AND THEY WERE HONEST ENOUGH TO SUGGEST THAT IT WOULD BE COST US MORE MONEY TO REPLACE,THE MOTOR,TIMING,AND THE LATCH WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS,THAT WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF JUST GETTING A DIFFERENT DISHWASHER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THERE SERVICE HIGHLY,RELIABLE SERVICE PEOPLE AND KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT. CONSIDER THEM A+ OVERALL
