Dessert calzone?! It sounds kind of bizarre but I suggest trying it sometime. It has a sweeter cheese blend and chocolate chips and some fruit filling (strawberry, I believe); it's definitely different. The regular calzones here have a unique flavor, although I can't quite put my finger on what that is. It's good, though. The calzones are smaller here than a lot of other places, but they're extremely filling. Everything I've tried here has been pretty good.

I have some friends who love Chicago Pizza, but I've never been a big fan. I mean, I think it's worth mentioning that their large calzones are only about $10 and are the size of a whole large pizza folded in half, which is a pretty great value. Still, my experience has always been that they are soggy and that they become increasingly so after being refrigerated overnight - which they are likely to be, since they are in fact quite large. Ordering them with ricotta helps that quite a bit, though.

I love Stefani's. Even when nothing else sounds at all appealing, I'm usually still up for a calzone with extra- extra cheese (only $7.25!). Definitely a little greasier than some other places in the area and I don't think their pizza is that great, but those calzones are seriously delicious.
Also, in addition to the very reasonable prices, Stefani's delivers faster than pretty much anywhere else, especially to the MIT campus area, sometimes in only twenty minutes. The people there are nice, too. I ordered the wrong thing once, and even though it was my fault they made me a new order for free.
The restaurant itself it very small, but there's almost always a table. Plus, when you're done, you can always walk next door to Tosci's for some ice-cream :)

The thing about Cinderella's (or Cindy's, as people tend to call it), is that it can be superb. The Margarita pizza, for example, is perfection. Their calzones? I'm getting hungry just thinking about that cheesy-but-not-too-greasy goodness. Also, cheesecake.
Cindy's runs a little expensive, though. A calzone with four fillings is $8.75, for example (although many people can probably get two meals out of one of them). The real problem with Cindy's that I've had is with delivery. I would estimate that they get my order wrong about 25% of the time, usually by adding onions or garlic to my calzone when I haven't ordered any. To their credit, they will bring you a correct order for free if you call. Still, sometimes it seems like an awful lot of hassle.

Paris Creperie is a real nice place to eat and it's a *great* place to hang out. It's located right across the street from MGH, probably a two minute walk from the Charles/MGH Red Line stop.
They serve smoothies (including Nutella flavor!) and a wide variety of crepes: breakfast crepes, dessert crepes, full-meal style crepes with meat and cheese and veggies... my personal favorite is the pizza crepe which costs less than $5.
It's really the small touches that make Paris Creperie a personal favorite. They've got a pitcher of water to which you can help yourself, a giant basket of free newspapers to peruse, good music and friendly employees. Highly worth visiting.
