While in New Orleans on business in April 2005, I stopped by Masquerade Fantasy at 907 Bourbon Street to purchase a mask. Since I was not able to pick it there, I asked to have it shipped to me, which they agreed to do. It has now been over a year, and I have yet to receive the mask. I have called Jim Gibault, owner of Masquerade Fantasy, on several occasions, and he has kept assuring me that he will send the mask, yet it never arrives. Recently, he has quit taking my calls altogether. For all intent and purposes, Mr. Gibault is a thief and a liar, and I DO NOT recommend that anybody do business with him.
