Fantastic Chinese Food

I don't pretend to be an expert on what's "authentic", but this place is damn good. Easily my favorite chinese food in Seattle.
The hand-shaved noodles are their signature dish, but my experience has been that you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The soups are great, as are the noodle dishes, vegetables and tofu.
Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's always well worth it.
