First of all the clothing is over-priced. You pay alot of money for very little fabric. It is clearly geared to the teenage or early twenties crowd, so I have to be in the right mood to go in there. The store is always dark which drives me nuts because I like to see the clothing I am buying. The staff is OK, which means they don't drive me crazy. It is always pretty well organized in there as well.
