I don't know if its just me, but I really find this place going downhill in terms of quality. The past two times I shopped here, I got things that turned out to be not too great of buys. For instance, I bought a pair of earrings that broke even before I got home from the store.
I have always loved Express and am a bit disappointed to see this decline. Plus, it seems as if their prices just seem to be getting higher and higher while quality is going lower.
