When Bush won the 2004 election I was incredibly depressed, and slightly nauseous. My husband, however, was despondant.
Wave was my first stop, to find a small gift to cheer him up. (I found a cute card that simply said "yuk" in a bold font, and a pinwheel)
They're chockful of wonderous gift items, from jewelry to quirky sculptures, to glassware, books, carved boxes, and a lot of miscellany. Boys of any age, if you're looking for a romantic gift to give a girlfriend or wife, ask the counterlady to help you. They know all the fun stuff hidden in the store, and will direct you to something wonderful.
Note: if you really like some of the jewelry, ask about it. Most of it comes from relatively local designers, and sometimes you can special order items.
