Ken Krista came to an amazingly rare conclusion: if you treat people exceptionally well when they're buying a house, you'll do better than if you try to hurry them into a house that isn't perfect for them/is too expensive/etc.
Ken sold my husband his condo five years ago, and just sold us our first house. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.
