While a long road to travel, I went to Ulta because I knew they had a great perfume/cologne section. I spent about an hour shopping for a cologne for my boyfriend. When a staff member approached me, I told him what my boyfriend wears not and what kind of smell I'm looking for and he was very helpful taking me around the store, telling me what was popular and what smells good. I would never have expected such great customer service in such a big store. What a win that trip was.
