Yoga is a big business in New York and Be Yoga is trying to tap into the high end yoga demographic.
They go for flashy weekend programs and big name instructors. THe classes are quite large, but at least you know you'll get a well trained instructor.
My favorite is Jody Rufty, she's got such a great flow to her classes and her adjustments are right on the money.
Come early to get a good space in the class. I don't recommend the prenatal classes here--they were too basic and touchy freely for my taste.
Second floor studio is clean and well lit, but nothing inspiring.
