Appointments hard to get but worthwhile

This is a very busy practice, it is a shame they do not hire more admin staff and nurses to man the phones, getting through can be challenging. However, once you do get an appointment (always make well in advance) the service is thorough and you are given time to ask questions and usually don't feel too rushed. For after-hours calls they have been good at getting back quickly, which is an important factor for a pediatrician for me as kids have such a knack for getting sick outside of business hours.
