Dive Bar With Great Food

Good food, plenty of daily food and drink specials and a great outdoor patio in the back. I like the pizza special; just imagaine: 4 friends, 2 pizzas, 6 beers, all for under $40. Where else can you find such a great deal, without having to cook for yourself?
Cleo's in best in warm weather when you can sit outside because the interior is dark and a little cramped. Service and bathrooms are nothing special.
