Superb Dining Experience

The cuisine is a wonderful blend of the familiar and uniqe, and French and American. NoMI strives to use independent and family-run food vendors in an effort to get the best ingredients.
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert are the menus offered; I've only been for dinner. The sushi rolls are delicious (although very expensive, from $7-23) as is the increasingly-hard-to-find foie gras. Main courses are made up of beef, venison, chicken fish, and sweetbread. NoMi, of course, has an impressive wine list--the online PDF is 63 pages.
Be sure to save room for dessert, or get the chocolate "Share Plate."
If you want a taste of NoMI but are living on limited means, you can eat in the lounge. The Black Angus sirloin burger is still $21, but it is damn good.
