I took my Fossil watch in to get a battery replaced and I was blown away at the professionalism of the staff. They apologized for the relatively short wait, took my watch, then maybe 5-10 minutes later gave it back and said there was no charge due to the wait. I'm just a college student, so not a big money spender looking to get "iced out" with jewelry, but they treated me very well.
As I browsed, they do have a great selection of fine jewelry and watches and a knowledgeable staff - so if you are looking for an engagement ring or a nice watch, stop by Medawar Jewelers.
