I decided to go from superlong to supershort in stages, and Tracy was there from the beginning to the end- every time giving me an absolutely fantastic, very creative cut that was, again, perfect even though I couldn't tell her what exactly I wanted! I've been asked over and over, "Who cut your hair!" and I'm always happy to give them Syd's number- it's programed in my phone!
The quality of the service and results are totally worth the $25, which is very reasonable to begin with for a great haircut. And you have to make an appointment, which is kind of lame, but they can usually see you really quickly.
Oh! And they play awesome music, everytime I go in, it's just great.
