A large room filled with couches and comfortable chairs, it makes for a great alternative when you don't feel like meeting friends for a drink.

For example, many a Hamptons house share holds court in the back so that potential housemates can meet and great in this relaxed atmospehre. But that isn't to say this is the "Hamptons" kind of crowd; it attracts all different types of people who value this alternative to the Starbucks monopoly of the UES.
