Jiffy lube often has coupons and early bird specials that make the basic oil change service a good value. They also wipe down your windows and go over your carpet with a vacume. But keep in mind they make there money doing service work, NOT cheap oil changes, thats just to get customers in the door. It starts with them ripping out your air cleaner before they even put oil in your car so they can show you how terrible it is. I have a new car and they did this at 4,000 miles. My air cleaner was nearly new still. Watch for the attempts to add on air cleaners, extra fluids, and especially the transmission service sales pitch. If you know what you really need and what you dont than you can get a good deal.
