My choice for an ISP was not due to a lack of options. We have a lot of choices to choose from no matter if you want dial-up, DSL, or cable.
I chose PeoplePC for the sole reason of price. For my needs, I don't 'need' high speed. I would love to have high speed, but I'm content, for now, to pay less than $10/month to stay online at home.
